Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Metro Tiles, Inc. Full time ₱120,000 - ₱300,000 per year

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities by meeting clients during sales visits or virtually, through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Create reviews and reports with sales and financial data (reviewing sales performance) and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations by properly coordinating with Marketing and Procurement for the product forecast.
  • Conduct cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers.
  • Collaborate with other Sales members and other departments to achieve better results.
  • Other functions / tasks may be delegated by the Department Head from time to time.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and with proven experience as a Showroom Sales or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has passion with sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Ability to record sales and order information, sending copies to the sales office/clients or entering figures into a computer system. Create detailed proposal documents, as part of a formal bidding process, largely dictated by the prospective client.
  • Willing to comply with pre-employment requirements.
  • Can start ASAP.
