The Visual Merchandising Associate provides support to Head Visual Merchandiser to create and implement an in-store display guidelines, with the aim of promoting goods to maximize sales and to ensure all the stores are following the approved guidelines. Visual Merchandising Associate will also assist the Head Visual Merchandiser handling creating a monthly report of VM Team and developing artworks for instore.

  • Develop original and approved artwork (from Marketing & Creatives) for instore and events.
  • Create detailed Visual Merchandising guidelines for stores, events, and product launches, ensuring that these accurately capture the brand's creative vision, direction, and strategic push for sales, and cascade these to stores.
  • Assist in creating and summarizing allocation of VM materials and store modules.
  • Collate, present, and file monthly store photo reports in a timely manner.
  • Closely follow up with the stores to ensure consistency of VM implementation and guarantee quality of installation, gathering feedback and presenting to the IS and Operations Heads.
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, Merchandising/buying, and Marketing teams to ensure that the store teams have the necessary information and materials.
  • Work within merchandising guidelines to balance creative image with optimization of retail densities across all product categories.
  • Maintain display materials/fixtures/prop inventory and coordinate orders for stores nationwide including existing stores, new store openings, and events.
  • Source new materials, products, finishes, and props, for use in visual displays.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts for VM materials.
  • Provides timely feedback on VM-related requests and concerns from the business units.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the immediate superior/management.
  • Additional duties given and assigned.
