Job Overview:

  • Fixed night shift
  • WFH setup with company provided tools
  • Has 1 to 3 years of technical experience in Video & Networking Systems

The role will also work closely with Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, Product and Operations.

Responsibilities:

●      Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service

●      Respond to customer and vendor inquiries Via Text, Call, Tickets, and emails

●      Handle escalated customer support concerns

●      Work cross functionally where appropriate to solve any and all customer issues from billing to technical, no area is off limits

●      When appropriate use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate and support our clients

●      Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to delighting customers each day

Requirements:

● to 3 years of proven experience in customer support

●      Experience in a customer driven remote environment (from home) preferred

●      Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, email and text with a high attention to detail

●      Strong communications and collaboration with a team and articulate your ideas

●      Solid Technical/computer aptitude including the utilization of multi-screen systems

●      Basic understanding of networking and knowledge of video streaming protocols (RTSP, SMTP, HTTP)

●      Have a structured/self-motivated approach to meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly goals

●      Excellent interpersonal skills

●      Dedicated to customer service

●      Ability to work in a team environment

●      Ability to multitask

●      Ability to effectively relate to a customer

●      Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty in an ever-changing work environment

●      Have a great attitude

●      Enjoy working with people over the phone, email, and live chat

●      Have a passion for customer service

●      Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

●     Comfortable with technology and interest in learning our software
