About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at our Molino store location in Bacoor City, Cavite. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions. This is a full-time role within our Retail & Consumer Products division.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Accurately processing customer payments and transactions
  3. Handling cash, credit/debit cards and other payment methods
  4. Maintaining a clean and organised checkout area
  5. Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
  6. Providing a high level of customer service and resolving any customer queries or complaints
  7. Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
  2. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. A friendly, patient and helpful attitude towards customers
  5. Basic computer skills and the ability to operate cash registers and other point-of-sale equipment
  6. Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure during busy periods
