Reliever - Molino

Job Summary:

Oversee daily operations at a gas station, including customer service, cash handling, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance. Support cashier and pump attendant roles as needed, and supervise station staff.

Main Duties:

• Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, process transactions, balance the cash drawer, and help prepare daily deposits.
• Maintenance & Cleanliness: Keep the station clean and organized—clean restrooms, windows, floors, and shelves.
• Staff Oversight: Guide and supervise attendants to ensure safe and efficient performance.

• Dependable, punctual, and available for varied shifts.
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Key Qualifications:

• Comfortable with basic math and managing cash.
• Physically fit to perform manual tasks.
• Experience in cashiering and customer service.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Open to travel when needed.
