Job Description:

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team at Aztrid-SM Molino. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding the perfect pair of shoes or bags, handle cashier transactions, and help maintain the store's visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist shoppers with product selection, sizing, and styling.
  • Handle POS transactions, cash, and digital payments accurately.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and stock organization.
  • Process exchanges, returns, and daily sales reports.
  • Support visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
  • Ensure adherence to Aztrid's brand standards and store policies.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
  • With or without retail experience (training provided).
  • Honest, dependable, and customer-focused.
  • Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Preferably residing near SM Molino, Cavite.

Work Schedule: 10 AM – 9 PM (Mall hours, with shifting schedule)

Location: Aztrid Boutique – SM City Molino

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
