Role Summary

The Accounts Payable Executive will support the end-to-end AP process for our client, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and proper documentation. The role involves high-volume invoice handling, coordination with Operations for PO/GRPO alignment, and maintaining clean, audit-ready records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices (~1000/month) with accurate SAP postings.
  • Validate invoice details and match with PO/GRPO.
  • Coordinate with Ops for discrepancies and pending documentation.
  • Prepare vendor reconciliations and resolve supplier queries.
  • Prepare payment proposals and verify balances.
  • Maintain digital filing of invoices, POs, GRPOs, and payment vouchers.
  • Support month-end closing including accruals, AP ageing, GR/IR review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month

  • Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
