Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Cadetship Program ManagementDesign and implement structured finance cadetship programs for early-career talents.

Coordinate with the financial account and HR to identify high-potential cadets and facilitate their employment onboarding. Facilitate onboarding, financial training, mentoring, and job assignments. Monitor cadet progress and provide development feedback and reporting to stakeholders.

Organizational Development InitiativesPartner with business leaders in conducting needs assessments and capability gap analyses. Contribute to change management, culture-building, and performance enablement projects. Provide learning solutions to support transformation efforts.

HR Strategy and EvaluationTrack and analyze training impact using relevant metrics, including Kirkpatrick's evaluation. Maintain learning records, feedback loops, and continuous improvement plans for training programs. Act as a key liaison between HR and internal stakeholders to ensure integrated learning experiences.

Drive employee engagement and learning awareness throughout the IO community. RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Finance Training.

Strong knowledge of financial principles and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Proven experience in program design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Experience working with HRIS/LMS platforms and designing blended learning solutions. Preferred:Experience in cadetship, near-hire training, or early-career development programs. Certification in instructional design, coaching, or OD frameworks is an advantage.

Familiarity with competency frameworks, leadership pipelines, or performance systems.
