Job Description:

  • Conducts investigation of accidents as members of the health and safety committee and submit his separate report and analysis of accidents to the top management.
  • Coordinates all health and safety training programs for the employees.
  • Conducts health and safety inspection as member of the committee.
  • Maintains or helps in the maintenance of an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken by supervisors and heads to eliminate the cause of the accident.
  • Provide assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs.
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. Provide EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
  • Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s):

  • ISO Awareness
  • With 5- 10 years experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
  • Has excellent communication skills and can relate to any levels of the organization
  • Oversee the implementation of the Company's Safety and Health Programs.
