About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Non-Voice Call Center Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will provide support through chat, email, and other written communication channels—helping customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer experience without phone interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms
  • Assist customers with account concerns, billing questions, product/service information, and troubleshooting
  • Accurately record and document customer interactions in the system
  • Handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously while maintaining service quality
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Meet performance targets including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, clarity, and professional tone)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, helpdesk, or chat tools is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
