About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at CORPORATE VISIONS INC' in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our local account clients, with a focus on non-voice interactions.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, requests and complaints via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and company policies
  • Participate in training and development activities to continuously enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good typing and attention to detail
  • Fluency in both English and Filipino
