About the role

Become a key member of the adidas team as a Retail Associate or Supervisor based in Turbina, Laguna. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving the success of our store. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, leading and motivating your team, and ensuring our high standards are met.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and supervise the store team, providing guidance, support and training to ensure excellent customer service
  2. Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked and adheres to visual merchandising standards
  3. Handle cash and inventory management, including processing sales transactions and monitoring stock levels
  4. Work closely with the Store Manager to identify and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
  5. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration
  6. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving store operations and processes

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years' experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or team leading capacity
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in cash handling, inventory management and data analysis
  5. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  6. Passion for the adidas brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
