System Engineer

Converge is evolving from a telco into a technology company, driving digital innovation across the Philippines. We're not just looking for a Systems Engineer —we're looking for a UAM expert who will automate access provisioning and enhance our security resilience. Join Converge's Information Technology Team and immediately drive the modernization of our access management tools and audit processes.

Qualification

Atleast 1 to 2 years experience with UAM Task

The User Access Management (UAM) Team is responsible for ensuring that access to Converge ICT Solutions Inc. systems and applications is properly controlled, monitored, and aligned with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

4.11.1 Create, manage, and revoke user accounts in a timely manner, ensuring that employees and affiliates have appropriate access based on their role and responsibilities.

4.11.2 Maintain and regularly update Access Control Matrices (ACM) to reflect current business needs and organizational changes.

4.11.3 Promptly disable accounts of resigned, terminated, or transferred employees to prevent unauthorized access.

4.11.4 Perform access rights modifications and removals following the principle of least privilege (PoLP) and segregation of duties (SoD).

4.11.5 Generate, review, and provide login history, access reports, and activity logs as required for audit and compliance purposes.

4.11.6 Enforce system access policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard sensitive data and critical applications.

4.11.7 Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, including GDPR, Data Privacy Act, and other applicable frameworks.

4.11.8 Conduct periodic user access reviews, certifications, and recertifications to ensure continued compliance.

4.11.9 Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits by providing required documentation, evidence, and explanations of access management controls.

Identify and report access-related risks, control gaps, and recommend improvements in line with audit findings and best practices.
