The Systems Engineer provides presales and after sales support to the sales team, partners, and end customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Support: Meet with vendors, partners, and end customers to qualify requirements and develop accurate Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Technical Assistance: Assist partners and end customers with technical inquiries and provide in-house training to SEs and the sales team.
  • Proof of Concept: Perform Proof of Concept (PoC) and demos to showcase solutions to partners and end customers.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations to provide technical and solutions overview.
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide technical support via email, phone, onsite, or remote sessions, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordination: Work with vendors' Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for speedy problem resolution.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA): Deliver 8X5 and 24X7 SLA services to partners and end customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate documentation before and after each activity.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any IT or engineering related course.
  • Has at least 2 years of related work experience; preferably with background in providing pre and/or post-sales support. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in computer networking and troubleshooting
  • Good presentation skills
  • Can handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication (written and oral) skills
  • Willing to work onsite in C. Raymundo Ave., Brgy. Maybunga, Pasig City
