A dynamic SA can listen and review customer needs, reports, artifacts and easily demonstrate how to use software to solve those needs. You will be able to look at customer artifacts and point them to examples in our software product that solve the same problem (or do it better). You will partner closely with Appficiency's product development team to leverage customers' insights to resolve our customer's biggest pain points when using our products and services, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our existing and future products.

The Commitment

• Lead the design, development, integration, testing, and implementation of end-to-end business solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-proof technical architectures and to deeply understand client processes and pain points.
• Develop solution blueprints, data models, integration strategies, and technical specifications aligned with client objectives and best practices.
• Oversee configuration, customization, data migration, and system integrations across multiple environments.
• Manage solution quality through code reviews, testing protocols, and UAT coordination with client stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery teams adhere to architectural standards, timelines, and defined scope.
• Support go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by recommending technical approaches that maximize the value of NetSuite and Appficiency's Products.
• Act as an executive-level escalation point during delivery, ensuring alignment between client expectations and technical execution.
• Establish solution governance frameworks and enforce compliance with Appficiency's methodology and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic insights on optimization, customization, compliance, and future enhancements.
• Partner closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure a seamless client journey from scoping through implementation.
• Support creation of thought leadership materials including whitepapers, case studies, technical blogs that showcase Appficiency's expertise.
• Represent Appficiency at industry events, webinars, and conferences, sharing insights on solution trends and best practices.

The Essentials

• Extensive experience in NetSuite implementation, solution architecture, and ERP consulting.
• Strong background in pre-sales, business development, and client relationship management.
• Deep understanding of ERP business processes, system integrations, and data migration strategies.
• Proven ability to develop project plans, pricing models, and SOWs with a strategic approach.
• Experience in software, technical fields, or business models such as distribution, manufacturing, services, and retail.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies, ERP, CRM, or e-commerce applications.
• Experience in managing Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining profitable and referenceable customer relationships.
• Ability to think strategically and align client business pain points with solution options and implementation approaches.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and strategic partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities effectively.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Solution Architect) are a plus.
• MBA or equivalent work experience is preferred.
