Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take orders for food and beverage from customers and present them as requested.
  • Provide excellent customer service. This includes being courteous, attentive to customer's needs and answering their questions politely.
  • Assist store baker's in their daily routines.
  • Increasing in store sales.
  • Ensure store's cleanliness daily
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Qualifications

  • At least high school graduate or NC II certificate or Bread and Pastry certificate
  • Work experience in a food, bakeshop or retail industry is a plus.
  • High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
  • Willingness to be trained of the job.
  • Possess strong stamina to withstand prolonged standing.
