About the Role

We are looking for an AI Trainer – LLM to help shape the next generation of AI-powered games. In this role, you will train and fine-tune large language models that enhance the in-game experience across various departments, with a focus on emotional intelligence, dialogue logic, and narrative flow. Your work will directly contribute to creating immersive worlds and engaging interactions for players in our narrative-driven games.


What You'll Do
  • Annotate and review game content including dialogues, quests, and character interactions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency to optimize the player experience.
  • Evaluate and improve AI model responses using internal rubrics for language, logic, and emotional context.
  • Collaborate with research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art LLMs and AI audio/video generation tools.
  • Participate in feedback sessions to continually improve AI performance in games.
