DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support day-to-day operations
  • Ensures the Service Level Agreements are on target
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily incidents and issues (hardware, software, network)
  • Collaborate with a team of Network and Systems Engineers and Database Administrators, Systems Administrators, and Developers to ensure the stability and reliability of services.
  • Conduct scheduled/ad-hoc maintenance to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
  • Communicates policies and decisions that affect employees
  • Creation, maintenance and updating of documentation relating to change management and plans.
  • Determine appropriate action plan for change control and risk management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or Electronics & Communications Engineering or any equivalent
    • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must have basic troubleshooting skills on variety of OS and network, and other end devices.
  • Technical Knowledge on PC troubleshooting; well-rounded in Networking, and Servers; from OS installation and administration.
  • Knowledge in provisioning, one click application deployment and seamless mass configuration.
  • Ability to write scripts to automate manual systems administration processes.
  • Keen to details, hunt down the root cause of issues and quickly strategize a plan to fix it.
  • Effective oral/written communication and presentation skills.
