RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Bank Transactions

  2. Deliver check/ cash for deposit.

  3. Receive bank statements.
  4. Update passbooks.

  5. Deposit payments for BIR, SEC, and other regulatory agency/ies.

  6. SSS, PHIC, and HDMF

  7. SSS Transactions - deliver/submit letters, reports and payments as needed.

  8. PhilHealth Transactions - deliver/submit letters, reports and payments as needed.

  9. HDMF Transactions - deliver/submit letters, reports and payments as needed.

  10. BIR Transactions

  11. Process and deposit payments for withholding taxes, income tax, and registration fees for manual parts only (FG)

  12. Verify open cases and assist in submission of documents needed to clear BIR assessments with BIR.
  13. Submit application and documents needed for transfer of shares
  14. In-charge of submission of Lessee info sheet to BIR
  15. Request for RPT assessments and assist in settlement.
  16. Deliver/ submit/ file requirements to BIR, if needed.
  17. Registration of Broker

  18. Submission/filing of AFS with ITR.

  19. Business Permit Transactions

  20. Secure barangay clearance and CTC, if needed.

  21. Submit filled out application forms and requirements to City Hall or municipalities.
  22. Follow up status of application for renewal/new application.
  23. Deposit and ensure payments for business permits.

  24. Claim paid business permits.

  25. SEC Transactions

  26. Submit and process GIS and amendments (follow the procedure of SEC how to file the GIS), if needed.

  27. Submit/ file Audited Financial Statements.
  28. Assist in Processing Increase in Authorized Capital Stocks, Additional Subscriptions and other related amendments
  29. Submit audited FS, ITR and CWT Certificates to BIR

  30. In-charge of procuring and annual registration of books

  31. Post Office Transactions

  32. Pick up letters/ SSS Checks from the mailbox of Cold Chain Group companies in the post office.

  33. Additional Tasks

  34. Collect payments from different clients, as needed.

  35. Deliver rush transactions for the Management.
  36. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
