About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Waltermart Dasmariñas store. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Dasmarinas City, Cavite.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective processes
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates to maximize their potential and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the head office to ensure adequate stock
  • Oversee the cash management and financial reporting for the store
