The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching of goods. This role supports seamless logistics flow, accurate documentation, and compliance with 2GO standards. The position works closely with warehouse staff, delivery teams, and other operational units to maintain productivity, safety, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations Management

  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound activities (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch).
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries.
  • Monitor warehouse condition, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.

2. Inventory Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Monitor stock discrepancies, investigate variances, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of damaged, missing, or returned items.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and validate warehouse documents (waybills, manifests, inventory reports, delivery receipts).
  • Update system transactions and ensure accuracy in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with couriers, truckers, customer service, and operations to ensure on-time dispatch.
  • Communicate shipment issues, delays, and concerns to relevant departments.
  • Provide support during audits and operational reviews.

5. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to 2GO operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Monitor proper use of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and report maintenance needs.
  • Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse safety.
