Job Description - Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing dealer documentation and coordinating vehicle inspections. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to gather and review documents, conducting or arranging vehicle inspections, and endorsing complete files for processing. The Operations Executive will ensure that all documentation is accurately tracked, organized, and securely stored, contributing to the smooth operation of dealer transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather complete documentation from dealers, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documents.
  • Review documents for completeness and compliance with credit policies before endorsement.
  • Conduct or arrange vehicle inspections as required
  • Provide inspection reports and documentation to the operations team for processing.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly organized, tracked, and securely stored (both soft and physical copies).

Qualifications:

  • Experience in operations, documentation management, or a similar role, preferably in lending or automotive industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel for vehicle inspections when required.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with both external dealers and internal teams.
  • Willing to do field work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
