Qualifications:

  • College Graduate, preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • With 1–3 years of experience in project planning or as a Site Engineer.
  • Willing to relocate/work in Pasig City.
  • Willig to Start Immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, update, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction activities.
  2. Prepare and manage resource plans including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation.
  3. Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to define project scope and deliverables.
  4. Track and evaluate project progress using tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
  5. Monitor budget performance and assist in preparing cash flow projections.
  6. Identify potential delays or variances and recommend recovery plans to stay on schedule.
  7. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
