About the Role

  • We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Business Analyst- Data (BAD) with a passion for data-driven decision-making and BI solutions. This role sits at the intersection of data and business, focused on gathering, refining, and translating business requirements into powerful reports and dashboards that inform key decisions across the customer lifecycle.

  • You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Product, Operations, Sales and Customer teams to ensure data needs are understood, documented, and translated into effective data products using AWS Quick Sight and other BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions to understand reporting needs across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, engagement, retention for all of the business lines.

  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories for data engineers and BI developers.

  • Develop and maintain documentation (BRDs, data flow diagrams, mock-ups) to support reporting initiatives.

  • Work with stakeholders to continuously iterate and improve existing reports and dashboards.

  • Own the lifecycle of dashboard products from ideation through to delivery and user training.

  • Ability to analyse data to generate actionable insights materials; graphs, images and write ups. To drive sales, compliance and product decisions

  • Support UAT processes for new dashboards and data products.

  • Champion data quality and integrity by validating outputs against source systems and known business logic.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Product teams on key metrics related to revenue, payments, and operational KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Finance, Payments, or FinTech environments.

  • Exposure to CRM systems, especially Salesforce, with an understanding of how lifecycle and operational data are captured.

  • Familiarity with AWS services in a data context

  • SQL skills to validate data and assist with ad hoc investigations.

Work Details

  • Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
