The role also involves generating daily reports and encoding sales transactions to support financial tracking. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Shipment Uploads

Upload shipment data for all platforms (QC and DVO) accurately and on time to ensure smooth fulfillment processes.

Courier Coordination Support

Coordinate with couriers (e.g., J&T) for scheduling pickups and deliveries. Assist in resolving courier-related issues by contacting admins, riders, or customers when needed.

Data accuracy and Validation

Maintain high accuracy in encoding tracking numbers, customer details, pricing, and order statuses. Double-check all entries to avoid fulfillment or delivery errors.

Pancake POS maintenance

Regularly update the Pancake POS system to reflect accurate order and inventory data

Daily Order Reporting

Prepare daily status reports for pending, delivered, and Return-to-Sender (RTS) orders.

Fullfillment Team Coordination

Communicate with the fulfillment team regarding stock availability, shipment uploads, pickups, and RTS processing.

Waybill Management

Generate and print daily waybills for all platforms to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

Sales Encoding In QuickBooks

Accurately encode and update daily sales transactions in QuickBooks to ensure proper financial tracking and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferably Bachelor's in BSBA Finance Management or BS in Accountancy/Accounting
  • Experience in E-commerce or Logistics Operations
  • Knowledge about any POS
