Responsibilities:

  • Prepares the Company's Marketing Plan and monitors its implementation consistent with the Company's direction and standards.
  • Execute the Company's brand promotional activities/strategies as designed or directed.
  • Manages the effective and efficient use of social media platforms to meet marketing objectives.
  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the Company's website search engine results ranking.
  • Conceptualization, creation, and publication of all marketing material, properly and timely, according to specifications and prescribed standards.
  • Administers the conduct of company marketing events and ensures that the requirements are complied with on time.
  • Undertakes networking and establishes tie-ups with companies, institutions, and individuals who can support the Company brand promotion and improve company and synergy sales.
  • Represents the Company to external functions related to Company marketing as needed/directed.
  • Manages subordinates under the Marketing department and assigned tasks aligned to each job specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 2-4 years of Marketing experience, 2 years of which are in a supervisorial or team lead position
  • Knowledgeable with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Experience in Marketing for ERP or IT products, preferably SAP Business One, is an advantage
  • Must be highly organized, dynamic, analytical, and can work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and client/partner management
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be willing to work ON SITE
