The Customer Service & Accounts Admin Support role focuses on maintaining accurate records, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between customer service and accounts teams. Job Highlights

Monthly Rate: Php 50,000-56,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 45 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM UK Time (1-hour unpaid break)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on hourly rates, which depend on performance in the application process.


Responsibilities
  • Upload daily purchase invoices into Business Central
  • Assist the Customer Service team with administrative tasks to improve response times
  • Create collections on DPD
  • Make portal updates on bespoke ordering platforms
  • Send Proof of Delivery (PODs) to customers
  • Support order processing during high-volume periods
  • Check ETAs and update orders as needed
  • Create new customer records in Business Central
  • Manage price lists and portal setup (after 2–3 months of training)

Requirements
  • Experience in administrative support or customer service operations
  • Familiarity with Business Central or similar ERP systems (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
