Educational Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or processing industry.
  • At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity handling production or plant operations.
  • Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and ISO standards is required.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, cost control, manpower management, and production planning.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of production processes, equipment operations, and maintenance coordination.
  • Knowledgeable in quality assurance procedures, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
  • Ability to analyze production data, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.

Leadership and Management Skills

  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people management and communication abilities.
  • Capable of training, motivating, and developing subordinates.
  • Can work under pressure and handle multiple operations simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement productivity and efficiency initiatives.

Licenses / Certifications (Preferred but not required)

  • Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Certification is a plus.

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday (Compressed Work Schedule)
