Senior M365 Support Engineer Job

The company seeks a skilled Senior M365 Support Engineer to join their team. This role will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, particularly Azure and M365. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues while maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents, prioritizing tasks accordingly
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Act as the final reviewer before potential escalation to the vendor, or work on issues alongside Microsoft support teams
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support, including knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Admin, Exchange server admin, M365, Teams, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Azure IaaS
  • Customer focus, with the ability to communicate with clients at various levels of an organization and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Good understanding of internal tools and applications, such as ServiceDesk, Monitoring Reporting/Tool
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Information Protection, SharePoint Online, Azure Virtual Desktop, SCCM, Mimecast, Netskope, VMWare, and SolarWinds: N-Able is advantageous
