Technical Support Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients, ensuring that their systems and applications are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure and M365. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as necessary to senior engineers or vendors.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and tools, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure and M365.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT industry with respect to infrastructure and application support background.
