Alongside Talent Source Academy, our training division, we're building a strong brand presence and client network. We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Lead to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Talent Source and Talent Source Academy's brand presence and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage and update website content to keep it fresh and relevant.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and nurture leads.
- Handle client calls to understand needs and provide solutions.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable conducting client calls and managing relationships.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
