Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

Collaborate with developers to understand features and technical implementation.

Participate in sprint planning and product reviews to provide QA insights.

Ensure software meets quality standards before deployment.

Maintain and update test documentation.

Assist in implementing automated testing where applicable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience in software testing or quality assurance.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

Basic understanding of programming/scripting languages is a plus (e.g., JavaScript, Python).

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
