We're looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to be part of our café family. As a Cafe Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment while providing exceptional service and delicious beverages to our guests.

You'll handle cashiering duties accurately, prepare high-quality drinks, and make every customer's visit a positive and memorable one. This role is perfect for individuals who love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine passion for coffee and great service.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other café beverages according to company standards
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café at all times
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide product knowledge and recommend beverages or food items based on customer preferences
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and product sampling
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and month-end counts
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For

  • Senior High School graduate or college level; HRM/HRS or related course preferred
  • Experience in a café, restaurant, or F&B setting is an advantage (but not required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, organized, and willing to learn
  • Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
  • Passionate about coffee, tea, and creating positive guest experiences
