Job Summary:

We are seeking a Boiler Operator for our Feedmill operations. The role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting boiler systems.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or other related technical fields.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in boiler operation, mechanical maintenance, or utilities in a manufacturing or processing plant.
  • Proficient in operating steam boilers, water pumps, air compressors, and other utility systems.
  • Skilled in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and responding to emergencies.
  • Knowledgeable in safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and government compliance related to boiler operation.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and control boiler and utility systems to maintain required pressure and temperature for production.
  • Conduct daily inspection and preventive maintenance on boilers, burners, feed water pumps, safety valves, gauges, and other related equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations and standards.
  • Record and analyze boiler operation data, fuel consumption, water levels, and system abnormalities.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams for downtime scheduling and issue resolution
