Job Summary:

We are seeking a Machine Operator for our Plant Operations team. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and performing minor maintenance on production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with industrial machines and a good understanding of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.


Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical, or any related technical course
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to Apply
  • Proficiency in machine operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant setup
  • Knowledgeable in mechanical or electrical systems and safety protocols
  • Willing to be assigned in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City and work in shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate plant machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
  • Conduct regular machine checks and perform minor adjustments or troubleshooting as needed
  • Monitor production process parameters to maintain product quality and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines at all times
  • Record machine data, downtime reports, and maintenance activities accurately
  • Assist in plant housekeeping and support preventive maintenance schedules
