Job Summary:

We are hiring a Plant Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in our Plant Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance of plant machinery, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, and driving efficiency and safety in mechanical operations.


Qualifications:
  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in plant operations or industrial maintenance
  • Strong knowledge in electromechanical systems, industrial motor controls, boiler and compressor systems, and machine repair
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, machine manuals, and preventive maintenance procedures
  • Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, identifying mechanical issues, and recommending long-term solutions
  • Familiarity with plant safety protocols, GMP, and preventive maintenance systems
  • Has good planning, documentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD is an advantage
