Job description:

  • Evaluate the customer's needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Advise on necessary car repair and services.
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure effective communication between the parties.
  • Facilitate smooth and efficient workflow within the company by scheduling repair services.
  • Review and explain technical diagnoses and costs to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints satisfactorily.
  • Uphold the company's reputation and brand image by providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of auto repair processes and technology
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Basic computer skills for managing customer databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php26,000.00 per month
