We are currently for an experienced Accounting Staff member with extensive expertise in QuickBooks Desktop to handle accounting related task. Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks Desktop. Generate detailed financial reports and statements, providing insights into the company's financial status.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Reconcile bank statements to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, helping to plan for the company's financial future.

Ensure all financial practices comply with local regulations and accounting standards. Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information. RequirementsAt least 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, with extensive use of QuickBooks Desktop.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
