We want someone who creates engaging ad content across platforms to drive brand awareness and conversions. Supports campaign development through copywriting, visuals coordination, and performance-based content strategies.

Job description

  • Assist in planning and creating content primarily for advertisements
  • Coordinate closely with the founders during content creation and shoots
  • Be punctual and proactive in reminding and supporting the founders to execute plans
  • Possess basic project management skills and a good understanding of content creation
  • Join and help facilitate content shoots with the founders

Requirement

  • Minimum one year experience in the related field
  • Receptive and humble enough to receive the feedback from founders
  • Works hard and fits the startup culture
  • Communicates promptly, clearly, and proactively online
  • Be able to work with founders smoothly and fast
  • Experience as the business owner or freelancer (experience on executing by yourself) is a plus

Salary and setup

  • 30k~75k pesos, Starting with hourly-based salary. Can be output based.
  • Part time / Full time
  • Comfortable to work in the startup setup. Everything can be negotiable.
  • Flexibility for onsite work but hybrid can be possible if the output is great. Usually the training stage will be mainly onsite.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php30, Php75,000.00 per month
