About the role
This is a full-time customer service role with All Asia Manpower Services, Inc. based in Cebu City, Cebu. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients over the phone. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and develop your skills in the call centre and customer service industry.
What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing efficient and friendly assistance
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records accurately
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
