Webflow Expert Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop responsive websites, landing pages, and web experiences using Webflow
  2. Architect CMS systems, including but not limited to, collections, dynamic pages, taxonomy, filters, and structured content models
  3. Implement smooth performance, accessibility best practices, and cross-device consistency
  4. Build and optimize landing page funnels with thoughtful interaction design and conversion-driven layouts
  5. Configure CMS logic for blogs, resource libraries, directories, portfolios, and multi-collection relationships
  6. Create reusable components using Symbols, Client-First structure, and class naming conventions
  7. Extend builds with custom code (HTML, CSS, JS) when needed for advanced interactions
  8. Maintain clean project organization, including style guides, components, assets, and page structures
  9. Interpret briefs, apply feedback accurately, and collaborate with marketing and ops for deployment
  10. Own timelines, QA, iteration cycles, and published deliverables with minimal oversight
  11. Integrate analytics, tracking, forms, API endpoints, and data-capture workflows
  12. Document workflows, hand-off notes, and CMS schematics clearly for internal teams
  13. Suggest improvements that speed up builds, reduce inconsistency, and simplify future edits

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years experience building inside Webflow with high-level proficiency.
  2. Strong knowledge of CMS modeling, multi-reference fields, filters, conditional visibility, and taxonomy systems.
  3. Comfortable extending builds with modular custom code for interactions.
  4. Experience structuring projects using Client-First methodology.
  5. Ability to interpret briefs clearly and apply feedback accurately in iterations.
  6. Independent ownership of timelines, QA, publishing, and version control.
  7. Solid understanding of SEO setup, structured content, and responsive standards.
  8. Consistent discipline for clean asset organization and logical CMS systems.
  9. Clear async and live communication skills for team collaboration.
