About the role

As the Store Manager at Good Pastry Café', you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café located in Greenhills, San Juan City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will require you to lead and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and budgeting
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency
  3. Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  4. Foster a positive and engaging work environment for the café team
  5. Provide hands-on support and training to BOH and FOH.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
  7. Analyse and report on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail or hospitality industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  5. Passionate about the food and beverage industry, with a keen understanding of current market trends
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
