Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase fabrics, trims, accessories, and other garment materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and material availability.
  • Ensure all purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records, inventory levels, and supplier databases.
  • Track deliveries and follow up to ensure materials arrive on time.
  • Negotiate cost-efficient deals and maintain good supplier relationships.
  • Support production by ensuring timely procurement of all needed materials.

Job description:

● 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or equivalent.

● Must have strong negotiation skills

● Meticulous attention to details and can work on a fast paced demanding environment.

● Excellent skills in purchasing and sourcing.

● Must be computer literate.

● A 4-year college degree is preferred or a 2-year college undergraduate with equivalent work experience
