Job Description:

  • Receive, inspect, and store meat deliveries following proper temperature and handling standards
  • Cut, trim, and portion various meats (beef, pork, poultry, seafood) per production needs
  • Maintain consistency by following standard portioning guidelines
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and work areas
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures to maintain safety and quality
  • Minimize waste through efficient cutting and portioning
  • Keep accurate inventory and usage records
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of butchering tools and equipment
  • Comply with company food safety and workplace safety policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification:

  • With at least 6 months experience as a butcher
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, trimming, and preparation.
  • Ability to operate meat cutting machinery safely
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Preferably lives near Brgy. Chrysanthemum San Pedro, Laguna or with a motorcycle (with valid driver license).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,200.00 per month
