  • Monitor inventory levels of meat products and notify the supervisor when stock needs replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage of meat products in refrigerated environments to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage

Safety and Cleanliness:

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by regularly cleaning tools, equipment, and the butcher counter.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and follow proper procedures for handling raw meats and other food items.
  • Safely operate butcher tools and equipment (e.g., knives, saws, grinders).
