Job Summary

The position plays a pivotal role in building the Top Gear Philippines brand through the production of high quality content and managing Top Gear's existing and upcoming partnerships. The position involves assisting the team to produce content, both audiovisual, and written, all to expand Top Gear's highly engaged viewership and readership.

You will be responsible for assisting the team with production work, managing existing partnerships, and assisting in building new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in production work for both audiovisual and written content, editorial and advertorial.
  • Attend motoring events with the team, while representing Top Gear Philippines.
  • Assist the team for liaising with partners for the lending out and scheduling of test units for test drives, advertorial content, or any other case that requires the use of a test unit.
  • Liaise with partners to address their needs for the production of content, editorial or advertorial.
  • Assist in prospecting potential new advertising clients to expand Top Gear's portfolio.
  • Assist the team to oversee the implementation and execution of projects, both editorial and advertorial, to ensure the highest quality of output.
  • Drafting regular reports, utilizing analytics to demonstrate the value and ROI of advertising and editorial efforts.
  • Assist the team in addressing partner inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction with Top Gear Philippines.
  • Other duties not enumerated, but are essential to the operations of the company.

Education, Experience and Other Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing and/or audiovisual production, preferably in the publishing industry.
  • Knowledge and passion for the motoring industry is not a requirement, but preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, production or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Suite/Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with video and/or photo editing software is a plus.
