Key Responsibilities:

  • Update, monitor, and manage accounts payables. Timely submission of monthly reports.
  • Manage the company's financial accounts, budget, cash receipts/vouchers, and financial assets.
  • Update, monitor, and manage accounts receivables. Timely submission of monthly reports.
  • Oversees the regular follow-up of AR with customers through sending of SOA, calls, emails, etc.
  • Timely preparation of documents for submitting BIR compliance reports including but not limited to Sales and purchases for VAT fillings, Income Tax, etc.
  • Update, maintain, and manage company financial books.
  • Review of salary and employee expense reports.
  • Must be able to filter out non-compliant liquidation.
  • On-boarding and coordination with suppliers
  • Track and monitor project profitability by presentation of P&L.
  • Update, maintain, and manage relevant supporting documents related to Finance and Accounting
  • XWI may assign other responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: A graduate of B.S Accountancy

Experienced in accounting, finance, or a related field is essential (at least a total of 4-5 years experience)

Experienced handling a team is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php30,000.00 per month
