SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for driving company vehicles

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean assigned car daily
  • Monitor and check all parts of the car daily :

* Temperature, aircon, tire, spare tire and tools

  • Monitor and log vehicle mileage report for change oil and tune up
  • Log all daily trip and submit to Admin Assistant daily
  • Coordinate all materials needed for vehicle repair to Admin Assistant
  • Submit the log book to Admin Assistant during request of gasoline/Diesel P.O.
  • Check, cooridnate and follow route schedule assigned by Admin Assistant
  • Ensure proper safee keep of driving tools and equipents
  • Participate in all general cleaning ( FJI store, company events etc.)
  • Assists during ingress and egress of all company events
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School graduate or at least with vocational diploma/short course certificate
  • With 2-3 years working expeirence as company driver
  • Keen on details
  • With good moral character
  • Required skill(s): driving, knowledge in basic trouble shooting
