About the role

Skills and Talent Employment Pool Inc. (STEP) is seeking a motivated and reliable Company Driver to join our client's team in Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Makati City. This full-time position will involve safely operating company vehicles to transport goods and cargo for clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate company vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods and cargo as required
  2. Perform daily vehicle inspections, report any issues, and ensure vehicles are well-maintained
  3. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safe delivery of goods
  4. Assist with loading and unloading of cargo as needed
  5. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
  6. Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the delivery process

What we're looking for

  1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  2. 1-2 years of experience as a commercial driver or in a similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
  4. Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy cargo
  5. Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanour
  6. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
