Job Summary:

The Risk and Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to industry regulations, risk management policies, and security standards. This role involves conducting security audits, investigating compliance issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of risk assessment, compliance frameworks, and ISO 27001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor, identify, and investigate potential security threats or breaches.
  • Assist in developing and implementing risk management policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Quality, Legal) to address compliance-related concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 27001 standards and industry best practices.
  • Maintain and analyze compliance reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Educate and train employees on risk and compliance policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (undergraduates and diploma holders may apply).
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in risk management and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 27001 Certification.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in conducting security audits and investigating security incidents.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Quality, Legal).

  • Effective communication skills (average to good proficiency).
